Sure Loyalty Solutions (SLS) Ltd., is a customer relationship management company that specializes in customer loyalty program design, administration and specialized (SaaS) loyalty platform services, data analysis and analytics.
We are a wholly owned family business incorporated in Jamaica in 2012. The company is led by Dexter Tulloch, co-founder and Managing Director with over 15 years’ experience in sales and marketing, practicing exclusively on loyalty management since having core responsibility for business development, brand and marketing management for the largest multinational loyalty coalition company in the Caribbean.
From program concept, design, to administration of a fully operational loyalty program, complete with a customizable loyalty platform, SLS provides full end-to-end loyalty services.
